Formatted contents note	Resumen: La industria turística nacional ha sufrido cambios negativos a causas de la crisis social que afecta al país desde octubre de 2019 y la pandemia mundial de la propagación del COVID-19, la cual ha tenido caídas de -58%, -70% y -78% de llegadas de turistas internacionales a junio de 2020, pero turismo es una industria resiliente que está resurgiendo apoyada en la tecnología, la cual permite interactuar y conectarse con negocios de hospitalidad y hotelería, siendo utilizada al menos por un 87% de la población perteneciente al sector Millennials, por todo esto se presenta un plan de negocios plataforma digital de turismo para el sector de la Provincia de Cardenal Caro, región de O<U+2019>Higgins, para la puesta en valor de los destinos turísticos localizados en su territorio.
