| Formatted contents note | Resumen: Se propone la reestructuración de la política pública en torno al Seguro Obligatorio de Accidentes Personales (SOAP). Para ello, se estudia la ley correspondiente, se analizarán los distintos indicadores relacionados a la cantidad de pólizas que se contratan, la cantidad de siniestros de tránsito que se denuncian y la cantidad de seguros que se pagan por parte de las compañías aseguradoras, así como las utilidades que se generan. Las mejoras se enfocan en reestructurar la política pública que rige en torno a este seguro como también ampliar la información que las personas poseen. Finalmente, se elaboran tres propuestas, con el fin de alcanzar los objetivos planteados. |
