| Formatted contents note | Resumen: El presente trabajo analiza los procesos automatizados de las bibliotecas que componen el Sistema de Bibliotecas de la Universidad Tecnológica Metropolitana (SIBUTEM), mediante un enfoque metodológico mixto que incluye entrevistas al personal bibliotecario y una encuesta aplicada a la comunidad universitaria. El estudio identifica los principales procesos automatizados, las herramientas tecnológicas utilizadas y la percepción de los usuarios. Los resultados evidencian avances significativos en digitalización y uso de plataformas como apoyo académico, aunque persisten desafíos vinculados a la capacitación y la difusión de los servicios ofrecidos. |
